豆豉蒸魚

  1. 薑切絲、辣椒切片、蔥切絲、魚洗淨備用。
  2. 取適量鹽抹於魚上,放上豆鼓、薑絲、蒸魚醬油、米酒。
  3. 將魚放入蒸鍋,水滾後蒸約15分。
  4. 待魚熟取出,放上蔥絲及辣椒片,淋上熱油即可。

乾煎小卷

1. 小卷將內臟去除(軟骨先保留),洗淨備用。
2. 直接將小卷放進鍋中煎,外表水分煎乾後,倒入少許橄欖油,兩面都熟透並煎出香味即起鍋。
3. 將小卷切成小圈(記得取出軟骨),再灑上胡椒鹽即可。
